Agreement Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Carrier," "you," or "your") and Highway Millions ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") regarding your use of our truck dispatch services.
By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
- Highway Millions provides truck dispatch services to independent owner-operators and small fleet owners.
- Our services include load finding, rate negotiation, route optimization, and administrative support.
- Service availability is subject to market conditions and carrier qualifications.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with appropriate notice.
- Maintain valid commercial driver's license, DOT number, and MC authority.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about equipment, insurance, and business operations.
- Comply with all federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
- Maintain appropriate insurance coverage as required by law and our service agreement.
- Complete assigned loads according to shipper requirements and delivery schedules.
- Commission rates are clearly defined in your individual service agreement.
- Payments are processed after load completion and invoice payment from shippers.
- Carriers are responsible for their own fuel, maintenance, and operational expenses.
- Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days of invoice date.
- Late payment fees may apply to overdue commission payments.
- Highway Millions acts as an intermediary between carriers and shippers.
- We do not guarantee specific revenue amounts or load availability.
- Carriers assume full responsibility for safe operation of their equipment.
- We are not liable for damages, delays, or losses during transportation.
- Service interruptions may occur due to technical issues or market conditions.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination may occur for:
- Breach of contract terms
- Violation of transportation regulations
- Failure to maintain required insurance or licenses
- Non-payment of agreed commission fees
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to Highway Millions services remain our exclusive property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. This includes our proprietary dispatch methods, client lists, and business processes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify active carriers of significant changes via email or through our service platform.
